7/1/2021 � per Governor Hogan � lifting MD “State of Emergency” and 18 executive orders, including: requiring use of face coverings in certain circumstances, quarantine and testing of travelers, wage garnishments, delayed tax deadlines, control of child care access and others.
8/15/21 � lift remaining 14 exec orders, including MVA license and ID cards, remove moratorium on evictions, repossessions and foreclosure, actions related to nursing homes and others
