Personnel Ministry Team
The Personnel Committee supports the Human Resources functions of the Church.
This Ministry Team is responsible for ensuring that the job descriptions of the Church personnel are thoroughly reviewed and filled with incumbents who meet those job requirements. They are responsible for securing and administering the employee benefits.
This Ministry Team works closely with the Senior Minister to discuss current and future job needs and how those human resource needs will be met.
