Appointed by the Leadership Board, the Finance Ministry Team assists the Leadership Board in its oversight of the congregation's finances, ensures that routine financial reports are clear and helpful, and coordinates the periodic audit.
From time to time, it holds educational sessions to ensure that the Leadership Board members have adequate understanding of the congregation's financial status and goals.
The Ministry Team has no management authority and does not participate in day-to-day decision making.
