Coordinates all programs directly involving the members of the congregation including:

• Receiving New Members
• Maintaining Membership Records
  
• Attendance Records
• Volunteer Tracking
• Planning and hosting the Annual Congregational Dinner (in May)
  
• All Church Picnic / Community Celebration
  
• Publication of the Church Directory
• Evangelism
• Church growth efforts of the Church
